Parkinson's Victoria Walk in the Palk 2018
In Victoria, 27,000 people live with Parkinson's every day. Parkinson's Victoria supports sufferers and their carers, through providing information, education, advice and peer support services to improve the quality of life of the Parkinson's community.
The Rotary Club of Glenferrie proudly supports the Parkinson's Victoria annual Walk in the Park fund raising event. Rotary Club of Glenferrie Honorary Member and Past President Terry Rolleston played a leading role in firmly establishing this tradition on the Club's annual calendar.
Again this year we have offered to support Parkinson's Walk participants through managing and staffing the BBQ marquee at Federation Square. Willing hands and stout hearts are needed to volunteer for a shift. A free drink, sausage and hilarious company are among the perks offered in return!
Please volunteer and help make this years annual Parkinson's Walk another resounding success. All Rotarians, family and friends of Rotary are welcome.
